How to become a Netinet business partner?

Do you offer technical support for products?

Yes – we provide technical support for all brands available in our portfolio. We assist with product selection, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Where are shipments dispatched from?

Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Warsaw, ensuring fast delivery and the possibility of personalized order handling.

Are the products covered by a warranty?

Yes – all products we offer are brand new and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as well as full service support.

Do you offer support for IT projects or installations?

We work with integrators and installers, offering solution selection and technical support – including at the project planning stage.

Does Netinet offer retail sales?

Yes. In addition to wholesale sales for B2B partners, we also offer retail sales. Our products are available in our official online stores, with links provided on this page in the descriptions of the brands we distribute.

What about products that are part of your portfolio but are currently unavailable?

In such cases, we will check the availability of these products in the European warehouses we cooperate with and, after positive verification, arrange delivery for you within a few days.

I need a product that is not in your portfolio. Can you help me?

Yes — even though we have thousands of products in our portfolio, we are aware that we don’t offer everything. In such cases, we will check the possibility of sourcing the requested product from our business partners, inform you about the price and delivery time, and you will then decide whether to place the order.

Do you support your Partners’ marketing activities?

As the official representative of our brands on the Polish market, we are open to all kinds of marketing initiatives proposed by our Partners to promote them. We also carry out marketing activities for our brands in cooperation with manufacturers, and every promotional idea is important to us. We participate in initiatives that are designed to bring both brand image value and sales benefits to our Partners.

I’m interested in your product, but first I need a product datasheet, a description translation, additional product certificates, or an instruction manual.

I’m short on time – can I collect my order in person?

YES – if it’s a larger order, please place it through our B2B system so we can prepare it in advance.
If it’s a smaller order, you’re welcome to visit us, place the order, and collect the goods on the spot.
