We want your cooperation with Netinet Sp. z o.o. to be fully satisfactory. That’s why we ensure clear warranty terms and efficient complaint handling. Please review our warranty policy and the step-by-step procedure for submitting a complaint.

  • Products from MANHATTAN, INTELLINET NETWORK SOLUTIONS, TECHLY, and other brands distributed by Netinet Sp. z o.o. are covered by a warranty in accordance with local regulations, valid for no less than 24 months.
  • The “Lifetime Warranty” applies for as long as the product remains in the distribution portfolio in Poland, but for no less than 24 months from the date of purchase from an authorized distributor.
  • Netinet Sp. z o.o. guarantees that the product, when properly installed and used in accordance with the user manual (if provided), is free from design, material, and manufacturing defects.
  • The performance warranty does not cover:
    • Products whose failure, defect, or malfunction was caused by external factors (flooding, power surges, mechanical damage, etc.).
    • Defects resulting from interference with the product’s construction (e.g. broken warranty seals).
    • Normal wear and tear of mechanical components.
  • The warranty applies only to the product itself and does not extend to other devices or software. Netinet Sp. z o.o. is not liable for loss of profit or any indirect costs.
  • Netinet Sp. z o.o. will repair or replace the product, or the distributor will issue a purchase adjustment within 14 days. Products do not come with individual warranty cards.
Complaint procedure:

1. Please deliver the product under complaint to the Netinet Sp. z o.o. service center either personally or via any courier at your own expense to the following address:

2. The customer is required to return the product in its original or replacement packaging that protects it from damage.

3. In the case of an unjustified complaint, the customer will be charged a handling fee of 5% of the product value, but no less than PLN 15.

4. The Netinet Sp. z o.o. service department processes complaints within 14 days from receipt of the product (this period may be extended for technological reasons).
