1. Please deliver the product under complaint to the Netinet Sp. z o.o. service center either personally or via any courier at your own expense to the following address:

In the case of an unjustified complaint, the customer will be charged a handling fee of 5% of the product value, but no less than PLN 15. 4. The Netinet Sp. z o.o. service department processes complaints within 14 days from receipt of the product (this period may be extended for technological reasons). 5.
